We ordered the lunch course for two,
Jeju Pork Chop and Usda prime steak.

If you order the only steak without ordering a course,
it was quite expensive🤔

 

The first thing that comes before the bread
Butter, balsamic, garlic...something...😀

 

 

This is the appetizer.

I eat this bread with garlic and butter sauce.

Delicious bread as usual.

 

 

Charred chung sang-chu
chuncheon dakgalbi, pork bacon,
grana padano, crouton, ranch D/S

 

It's like a seasoned, puffy chicken breast.

 

But the root of the chung sang-chu is still there.
so you have to cut it off with a knife.

 

Tastes like chicken breast salad.

 

So.. This food is not my style. hehe

 

 

 

King prawn squid ink aglio e olio
cheongdo water parsley, squid ink spaghettini,
clam stock, chicken stock

 

Light alio pasta flavor lol.

 

 

Usda prime steak

bell flower root pickled, harissa,
roasted vegetable

 

Expected steak flavor
Delicious
Not sure how to describe the flavor LOL

 

 

Jeju Pork Chop

carrot apple puree, pickled plum

 

Pork Chop is better than steak!!

 

If you're torn between eating Pork Chop or steak,

I'd recommend Pork Chop!
