Gyukatsu is beef, breaded like tonkatsu, and fried to medium rare!
You'll also receive your own Furnace personalized so you can cook it to your personal preference.

 

 

When you walk through the door and enter the restaurant, 

you place your order at the kiosk that you see right away, 

and then you take your seat.

 

 

Inside is a bar table format.

 

 

This is a brazier for grilling gyukatsu.

 

 

Here's how to grill gyukatsu to perfection!!

 

1. Cook the meat to your liking on both sides.

2. Grind salt into the empty space of your bowl for dipping.
3. Enjoy a variety of sauces with wasabi.
4. Please let the staff know when the fire is out.
5. Rice side dishes are available for free refills when ordering per person.

Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside😎

 

 

Place the gyukatsu on the flame like this and cook for about 3 seconds.
Don't overcook or the meat will become tough!!

Place 2 at a time on the grill because I want to eat them quickly😓

 

 

The gyukatsu and wasabi on top of the rice makes it even more delicious:)

 

This restaurant is so popular that it gets crowded on weekends, 

so I recommend going on a weekday.
