🍷 Bolta(볼타) 🍷

It's a dining bar run by a single owner, set up in a bar format.

It's not far from Hongdae Station, but it's a bit away from the bustling downtown area.

 

You can check the food menu on Naver.

This place is very small, and it only has bar tables like this.

So, It's a very secretive space👀

 

You can catch a glimpse of the owner's meticulous design sense

through the forks and plates.

 

제노베제 파스타 ₩20,000

Basil pesto pasta wrapped with sous-vide potatoes and chicken breast.
The basil pesto flavor isn't overwhelmingly strong, it has a subtle taste that isn't overpowering.

 

까치아토레 ₩25,000

This is spicy grilled chicken leg served with tomato sauce.

 

After finishing the meal, the owner provides Tiramisu as a dessert!!
To be honest, 

I'm not a big fan of Tiramisu, but this one is unique and very delicious.

After finishing the meal like that, 

don't forget to grab one caramel by the door before leaving~~
It was so so delicious, 

and if I visit again next time, I'll try to take more food pictures to share! 😆
